Nancy Burner‚ Esq. is the founder of Burner Law Group‚ P.C. established in 1995.Nancy holds the designation of a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), awarded by the National Elder Law Foundation as accredited by the American Bar Association. Since 2014‚ Nancy has been selected by her peers to be included in Best Lawyers in America for Elder Law.
Britt Burner joined the firm in March 2014. Since that time‚ she has been the driving force behind our Manhattan office. Immediately after taking the bar‚ Britt started working at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in Manhattan as a litigation associate and then became an Assistant District Attorney in the Sex Crimes Bureau at the Kings County District Attorney's Office.
Brittni Sullivan is an attorney at Burner Law Group‚ P.C. She joined the firm in January 2013 as a legal intern while she was still in law school. After graduating‚ she was invited to join the firm when she was admitted to practice in February 2015.
Michal Lipshitz earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a clinician in the Mediation Clinic and a member of the Jewish Law Student Association and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. During law school, Ms. Lipshitz completed an externship with Judge Esther Morganstern at the Kings County Supreme Court, Integrated Domestic Violence Division and interned at various law firms that specialized in Family Law and Trusts and Estates Law.
Melissa Doris joined Burner Law Group, P.C. in February 2020. She has brought with her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, taxation, elder law, special needs planning and residential real estate.
Practicing at the Westhampton Beach and East Hampton offices of Burner Law Group, P.C. Katerina Grinko is instrumental in serving clients with real estate transactions, land use and zoning issues from Manhattan to the east end of Long Island.
Gina Raio Bitsimis is an attorney at Burner Law Group, P.C. She joined the firm in February 2021 of counsel having previously worked over twenty-five years in prominent Trusts and Estates law firms.
Dylan Stevens joined Burner Law Group, P.C. in 2022 as an Associate attorney, concentrating his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Medicaid.
