Peer support in a non-judgmental atmosphere is a source of support for families caring for a frail loved one or someone with Alzheimer’s. Our group leaders are professionally trained to lead groups which offer emotional support and practical advice for caring for a loved one. Free on-site care is provided during the meetings.

Being an effective caregiver starts with caring for yourself. Families caring for individuals with chronic illnesses are invited to join us for this educational experience to learn techniques for self-care and empowerment and participate in hands-on activities such as exercise, nutrition, and art.
