Erin Cullen, Esq.

Erin Cullen is an Associate Attorney at Burner Prudenti Law, P.C. She joined the firm in September 2024 as a legal intern after graduating from Hofstra University School of Law and has been focusing her practice on Trusts and Estates.

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in 2020 from Adelphi University’s Honors College, majoring in English Literature with a minor in Business. She graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Charles H. Levermore Award for best senior thesis. Following graduation, she worked as a paralegal at a law firm concentrating on estate planning, small business law, and tax preparation.

In August 2021, Erin began her Juris Doctor at Hofstra Law. The following summer, she interned at the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court, where her interest in trusts and estates law deepened. During her internship, she observed kinship and guardianship hearings, supported the probate and small estates departments, and conducted legal research.

Throughout law school, Erin worked at several firms specializing in estate planning, estate administration, and trust termination. She also served on the executive boards of both the Hofstra Irish Law Society and the Trusts and Estates Law Society, and graduated with Gold Level Public Service Honors for completing over 750 hours of pro bono work.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys cheering on the New York Rangers, developing baking recipes, decorating birthday cakes, and spending time with her family, friends, cats, and dog.
