Burner Prudenti Law is proud to be included in Long Island Business News’ In The Lead 2026: Women-Owned Businesses, an annual feature recognizing women-owned businesses and their contributions to Long Island’s business community.

This marks the second consecutive year Burner Prudenti Law has been included in In The Lead: Women-Owned Businesses, following our recognition in 2025. We are honored to once again be recognized alongside women-owned businesses helping shape the future of our region.

More Than 30 Years of Women-Led Growth

Burner Prudenti Law traces its roots to 1995, when Founding Partner Nancy Burner established Nancy Burner & Associates, P.C. What began with a focus on Elder Law has grown over the past three decades into a firm serving individuals and families in areas including Estate Planning, Trusts and Estates, Special Needs Planning, Medicaid Long-Term Care, and Real Estate.

We have grown along with the communities we serve. Today, Burner Prudenti Law has offices in East Setauket, Westhampton Beach, East Hampton, and Manhattan and is led by attorneys who bring extensive experience in both private practice and public service.

Throughout that growth, our focus has remained on providing clients with thoughtful legal guidance grounded in our core values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.

Celebrating the Women Behind Our Firm

This recognition is also an opportunity to celebrate the women whose leadership has helped shape Burner Prudenti Law and the team members who support our clients every day.

As a women-owned firm, we are proud to contribute to a Long Island business community where women continue to build companies, create opportunities, serve their communities, and lead within their professions. We are honored to be recognized alongside other women-owned businesses doing that work throughout.our community.

We are grateful to Long Island Business News for recognizing Burner Prudenti Law for the second consecutive year and for continuing to highlight women-owned businesses throughout Long Island.
