At Burner Prudenti Law, we are thrilled to celebrate our partner, Hon. Gail Prudenti, for being named one of Long Island Business News’ Most Dynamic Women Leaders of 2025.

The Dynamic Women award honors professionals who are not only excelling in their fields but also making a meaningful impact through innovation, mentorship, and service. Gail’s career is a reflection of those very qualities. She has held historic leadership roles within New York’s judiciary, including serving as Chief Administrative Judge overseeing the statewide court system, and as the first woman to preside over the Appellate Division, Second Department.

Gail also served as dean of Hofstra Law School, where she led a successful capital campaign and launched innovative programs to enhance legal education. There is no question that her work has shaped the legal landscape, from the classroom to the bench.

Today, Gail continues to drive change as a vital member of our firm. Since joining us in 2023, she has brought her deep experience and steady leadership to our estate administration, litigation, and guardianship practices. Gail’s inclusion in this year’s list reflects not just what she’s accomplished, but the example she continues to set.
