Matthew Kiernan, Esq.  Appointed Co-Chair of Suffolk County Bar Association Surrogate’s Court Committee

We are thrilled to share that our Of Counsel attorney Matthew Kiernan, Esq. has been appointed as co-chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Surrogate’s Court Committee for the 2024 – 2025 term. Matthew will be taking over from our esteemed Of Counsel, Paul O’Brien, Esq.

The Surrogate’s Court Committee is a specialized committee within the Suffolk County Bar Association (SCBA) that focuses on issues related to the Surrogate’s Court and plays a crucial role in examining recent developments in Surrogate’s practice, including updates to case law and statutes.
